Finale Restaurant & Cabaret

After Consultation with Finale management, it was determined that the retaurant would need a website that would deliver valuable information to their clients about the dinner and show they provide. The website needed to have a professional look and feel as well as catering to the entertainment nature of business.

Finale also needed a computer system with high quality audio, and a fair amount of speed and power, to run their stage shows. The system built for Finale housed a Pentium 4 3.6Ghz Processor, 2048Mb Dual Channel RAM, and a SoundBlaster X-Fi Platinum 24-bit Audio Card.

Tui Motor Caravans

CRd'zine was approached by Tui Motor Caravans in early 2006 to redevelop their company website. When consulting with Proprietors of Tui Motor Caravans, Eleanor and Brian Pooley, we discovered that the company established in 2005 was owned by two former New Zealanders.

We were faced with a challenge when developing the site for Tui Motor Carvans; Eleanor is blind and with the use of a screen reader, is able to still perform the same functions on a computer as a sighted person, including surfing the internet. However, a lot of websites are not developed with accessibility in mind, and therefore Eleanor is sometimes faced with a webpage that is near impossible to understand and navigate. With this is mind, we took on the task of redeveloping Tui Motor Caravans' website to be user friendly and compatible with screen reading software such as what Eleanor uses.

Toby Jug Inn

Former General Manager of the Toby Jug Inn, Mr William McRae contacted CRd'zine to develop a website for the Toby Jug Inn. Being a new establishment, William realised that one of the best ways to get their name out there and to get people to visit this new establishment was to have a website.

A website would give potential clients access to menus, wine lists and other necessary information in regards to making a decision on where to go for lunch, or just a social after-work drink.

Tuariki Delamere & Associates

Former Minister of Immigration Tuariki Delamere met with one of our consultants to discuss the possibility of setting up a database driven client management system for his Immigration Business, to help his employees better manage their client's and easily track progress on a client's application.

We came up with a system that runs on their local server using the .NET framework and taking advantage of the AJAX technology that is currently available for .NET applications. The application enables TDA employees to quickly lookup a client's status, view tasks that need to be actioned by each consultant and manage immigrant applications with ease.

The Piercing Doctor

CRd'zine supplied and installed a complete computer and software package, giving the Piercing Doctor the ability to run stock control software and security systems.

We also supplied and installed a high end video surveillance system, integrated with computer system, to increase store security.

Rainbow Petfood Butchery

Rainbow Petfood Butchery is a new business that realised early on how important being on the internet would be for them. With the presence of a website, existing customers and potential new customers can quickly find information about products, order their petfood online, and much more. CRd'zine no longer manages this website

Miniature Aircraft New Zealand

Miniature Aircraft New Zealand (MANZ) is an organisation setup for model aircraft enthusiasts in New Zealand.  MANZ wanted a simple, yet interactive website, that allowed members to share ideas, information, and important dates and details about get togethers.   The website allows guests to send membership applications online, allows members access to many different forums, and helps keep everyone up to date with events that are being organised.

Just Hardwood Floors

General Manager of Just Hardwood Floors, Jonathon Cooke came to us for help when a website that had been in development for nearly a year was lost after a server where the site was being hosted got hacked into, wiping all the data and backups for their website.

JHF changed their hosting to a new company, who was able to recreate a design that was almost identical to their original design, and set them up with a CMS (Content Management System) so they could input all the content of the website as they wanted to, and make changes whenever necessary. Due to a heavy workload, and little time, the website sat empty for months. This is when Jonathon contacted us to ask if we could do the work necessary to get their website online and fully functional. We have also been able to provide client access to downloadable PDF files which were unable to be loaded via the CMS. We will also be assisting with ongoing changes and maintenance to the site.
